Chris contacted Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair because part of the slab in his driveway the dirt had started to wash away. We where able to fix the driveway with the PolyLevel Injection System. The PolyLevel Injection System is a great solution to fixing problems with driveways like Chris was experiencing with the dirt washing way. The driveway was ready to support traffic in less then 30 mils, its a waterproof subgrade what will not wash out, and its a clean installation meaning no dust, grout overflow or concrete splatter. Voids formed under this customers concrete patio that caused the slab to sink and crack. Our concrete repair team successfully repaired the cracks and leveled the slab using our PolyLevel Injection System and NexusPro Crack Repair Solution. 

Jeremy contacted Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair with problems with a sunken concrete porch at his home in Bennett, NC. Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair inspector Justin P. met with Jeremy to go over the issue to find the best solution to fix the issue. Justin found that the porch was starting to sink from a void under the porch and the best solution would be to inject the PolyLevel Injection System and fill the void, stabilize the porch and raise it back. Jeremy is thrilled with the work that Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair did to fix his sunken porch. 

Wayne contacted Southeast Foundaiton and Crawl Space Repair because the concrete walkway leading up to his home had started to sink due to the dirt under the slab starting the wash out when ever it rained. We were able to help Wayne stabilize and lift the concrete walkway by installing the PolyLevel System. We filled in the void under the concrete of the walk way and was able to lift the concrete back to it original level. Wayne is thilled that he chose Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space for their fantastic product that was able to save him money instead of replace the slab.
