Overall I am very satisfied with the work completed by Quality 1st in my basement. My inspector Nick was great. The problem that I was facing was that I had been having water seepage through my basement, which was creating a lot of moisture, and gave my basement a horrid smell. I was happy with how easy it was to make an appointment, and I was very impressed with my saleswomen Jessica. Jessica was very informative, and was able to tell me everything I needed to know about my basement. Through her help I was able to select an excellent dehumidifier that would solve my problem. The installation and the cleanup went very smoothly, and i was very excited to see the finished product. Now I cannot believe its the same basement. The smell is gone, and even my heating contractor is impressed. I am so happy that my friend recommended Quality 1st to me, and i will be sure to the do the same to anyone I know that has basement problems.
