I am very satisfied with the work completed by Quality 1st. They were able to waterproof both my basement and crawlspace. Before contacting Quality 1st I had been having a water problem for about 5 years in my basement and crawlspace. I found them online and like the positive reviews and testimonials. The office staff was pleasant to deal with and very efficient. They scheduled my free estimate appointment with my inspector. When I met with him he was very professional and informative. He answered all of my questions and gave me a good price, it fit well into my budget. The installation crew did an outstanding job. They professional and left the job site cleaner then what they found it.

The folks who installed the American Flag were very nice and so-o-o efficient. They were eager and were very kind and considerate and allowed me time to talk about my "Poopsie" (my husband who passed away on 13 Feb 2017). The Flag is to honor him. He was a navy vet of WWII and I an army vet of the Gulf War. The best part was the very sweet ladies who were there when the Flag was raised. Again, I was allowed time to speak of my husband. His chair and table are beneath the pole and at night I share a glass of wine with him in the halo of light from the solar thing. The kindness shown by this project is incomparable. I simply love the thoughtfulness of Mr. Roman and I know Harold is very honored also. 

I have considered my problem for a long time but I was looking for the proper solution. Quality 1st Basement Systems had the solution I preferred. I am very happy with Victor's installation team. Victor has done an excellent job, he is always thourough and willing to go an extra mile to make sure the system works properly. He did an excellent flooring job.
