A sinking sidewalk slab in Caldwell, NJ needed to be raised. The homeowner called Quality 1st Basement Systems to inject PolyLEVEL. PolyLEVEL lifted the sidewalk quickly and easily.

This homeowner in Kenilworth, New Jersey noticed their crawl space was damp and attracting moisture. This can happen with a dirt crawl space since it is exposed to the earth's elements. The homeowner found Quality 1st Basement Systems on the internet and gave us a call to schedule an appointment. Our system design specialist provided a thorough inspection and suggested they encapsulate the space. We used our CleanSpace Vapor Barrier System in the crawl space.
