Multiple pool slabs had settled causing trip hazards near the edge of the pool. When it rained water would get trapped and flood the pool patio area. Our PolyLevel Foreman, Ash G., raised the pool slabs back to level with help from Concrete Repair Specialist, Andy G. 

This pool deck in Manalapan, NJ had sunken slabs of concrete throughout the entire circumference of the pool. This was extremely hazardous for the family and friends of this homeowner who often used the pool. To remedy the 1-2 inches of sunken concrete on each slab, PolyLevel solution was injected to raise each slab to their former position. As the PolyLevel hardens, it secures the slabs in place so they are locked into position.

A couple in Manalapan, NJ noticed that their sidewalk looked slightly uneven. Realizing this could be a safety hazard, he decided it was time to repair the concrete and remove the trip hazard. 

Upon arrival our Concrete Repair Specialist, noticed multiple concrete slabs that had settled causing an uneven path in front of the home. When walking through the inspection with the homeowner, he discussed the causes of concrete settlement, like how the soil can become to wet or dry causing the soil to become weak. The now weak soil can no longer support the weight causing the concrete to sink. 

We recommended our Concrete Repair solution know as Poly Level to lift, level and stabilize the concrete. PolyLevel is a light weight, waterproof foam that is injected beneath the slab to fill any voids and raise it back towards its original state. 

A resident in Manalapan, New Jersey saw their pool patio was settling. This occurs because of the shrinking of the soils underneath the concrete slab. Moisture in the soil causes it to expand and become more full. The homeowner called Quality 1st Basement Systems and our System Design Specialist, Jack Huber, helped them with a solution. He suggested they use polyurethane foam to be injected underneath the concrete in order to lift it. Our foreman, Victor Leon, used the PolyLevel Injection foam which is done by drilling small holes in the concrete slab. The foam is dispersed under the slab into the voids, causing the concrete to be lifted and leveled back to its original position.
