Wet Freehold basement kept dry using a system called DryTrack, which is specifically designed for homes with monolithic foundations.  A monolithic foundation is one where the footing and flooring are poured together, and walls are built on top of the floor.  Quality 1st Basement Systems would NEVER recommend jackhammering this type of foundation since it would be very messy and time-consuming.  DryTrak is installed above the floor and channels water from the floor/wall joint and walls to the sump pump.  This Freehold resident no longer has to worry about a wet basement with this perfect basement waterproofing solution for her home!

Freehold basement had water coming in due to groundwater seepage. Quality 1st Basement Systems installed a basement waterproofing system called WaterGuard, which is installed around the perimeter of the basement. Water is able to enter the WaterGuard system through specially designed flanges and filtered to the SuperSump sump pump and removed from the basement, keeping this basement dry.

A homeowner in Freehold was not happy with his old window well. Tons of water and debris was falling in and blocking the basement window.
