This homeowner from Marlton, NJ was concerned when they noticed the concrete slabs by the steps leading to their side door had begun to sink and shift, creating a tripping hazard for their family and guests. Rather than tearing out and replacing the concrete, they opted for a faster, more cost-effective solution using PolyLevel and NexusPro.

The crew injected PolyLevel, a high-density polyurethane foam, beneath the sunken slabs to lift and level them with precision. Within minutes, the concrete was stabilized and safe to walk on. To finish the job, they sealed the joints and cracks with NexusPro, a long-lasting, flexible sealant that protects against water intrusion and future erosion.

Rachel was thrilled with the results. Now, their side entrance is both functional and visually appealing, without the mess of concrete replacement.
