This customer had a dirt floor crawlspace that she wanted to waterproof and encapsulate. We started this installation by removing debris and regrading the ground to redirect water towards the sump pump system. Next, we installed a crawlspace drainage system and added an IceGuard to the drainage line for extra protection from flooding during the cold seasons. Then we encapsulated the crawlspace using our CleanSpace vapor barrier. 

Customer reached out looking to replace his 2 basement windows and leaky, rusting wells. We upgraded this customer to our EverLast Windows and Sunhouse wells with well covers. Our SunHouse wells will never rust or rot and are bright which means they will reflect a lot of natural light in to your basement.

This owner was about to sell the home and was in need of a waterproofing system in the crawl space. To prevent any crawl space leaks, we installed our SmartSump pump system with liner, CleanPump stand and an airtight lid.
