After experiencing repeated basement dampness and signs of water seepage during rainy weather, a homeowner in Perryville, MD realized that their existing waterproofing setup was no longer effective. During our comprehensive inspection, we discovered that an aging sump pump and lack of interior drainage were allowing water to pool around the foundation and enter the basement. To address the issue, we installed our patented WaterGuard Interior Drainage System, which is uniquely designed to sit above the footing, avoiding the “mud zone” where traditional drains can clog. We came out and installed a 48x48 Slider Egress window with a Rockwell and Rockwell Elite cover. We also installed a WellDuct Drainage system to tie into her existing french drain.

We came out and installed our Cleanspace Vapor Barrier with Drainage Matting and a Smart Drain.

This homeowner contacted us due to water seepage on a basement wall that has been getting worse over time. The team went in and installed our CleanSpace Vapor Barrier on the contracted walls around the foundation. The vapor barrier will capture any moisture or wall leakage that comes through and carry it down to our WaterGuard sub-floor drainage system that connects to the sump pump. Now that the water has been removed from the walls, your basement will no longer be wet. 

At this home, the owner was experiencing water intrusion where the wall and floor meet, causing seepage on the floor. We removed the old sump that was no longer pumping out the water coming in and replaced it with our SuperSump pump system, which then connected to our WaterGuard sub-floor drain. This system is installed with a Zoeller M53 cast iron pump and stand with an airtight lid and WaterWatch alarm system. The sump can pump up to 3,900 gallons and has a WaterWatch alarm that sounds off in the event of a pump failure or even a power outage, ensuring the safety of your basement.
