In this basement in Baltimore, MD, the homeowners had a block foundation where one of the walls was starting to bow and water began to intrude when it would rain. Our team dug out a trench along the floor of the foundation walls to install our WaterGuard sub-floor drainage system that will capture the water coming in through the walls. We then installed our WellDuct Window Well Drain, which also captures the water leaking through the window well and then connects down into the sub-floor drain. By installing this waterproofing system, the basement will be dry and no longer have an issue with intruding water.

In this Gwynn Oak, MD basement, the foundation was starting to settle and needed a system to prevent further sagging. Our team went out to the property to install our SmartJack Stabilizer System that are high capacity steel piers that are designed to stop the settling and can potentially raise the upper level back to original level. We replaced the center beam and temporary supports with our SmartJacks that will permanently fix sagging problem which can adjust future settling.
