A pool in Normandy Beach, NJ had a sinking deck that needed to be repaired. Quality 1st Basement Systems injected PolyLEVEL and raised the concrete slab back into its position!

This beautiful Normandy Beach Patio was experiencing some sinking concrete slabs around the pool area, causing some of the slabs to separate. The homeowner contacted Quality 1st Basement Systems when finding out that the slabs could simply be raised and then sealed without having to replace the entire slab! PolyLevel was pumped into the slab, raising it up to level and then Joint Seal was applied to fill all the voids.

After meeting with our system design specialist Javier, we were able to provide a solution! Our foreman Ash began installing our PolyLevel Foam Injections to lift and restore the sunken slabs to their original surface height. Next, our crew applied our ultraviolet-resistant NexusPro Joint Sealant to the cracks to ensure the walkway was protected against erosion.
