A Jersey City, NJ homeowner knew it was time to repair their sinking concrete porch, so they contacted Quality 1st Basement Systems for a solution. As a solution, we used the Polylevel Injection to lift and level the concrete. Since the installation, the homeowner had not experienced any other concrete issues around your home. 

Quality 1st Basement Systems repaired this sinking pool deck in Ocean Gate, NJ, by using the Polylevel Injection. Polylevel is waterproof and recovers within fifteen minutes. Our crew carefully drilled small, penny-like homes into the uneven concrete. They then injected the polyurethane foam into the empty void. The foam then expands and lifts the slab to its desired height. The homeowner was happy with the results!

This homeowner in Belford, New Jersey noticed their concrete walkway was becoming unlevel and cracking. This happens because concrete is poured over poorly compacted soil. Over time, this soil settles and creates voids underneath.
