Our team implemented two distinct foundation solutions: CarbonArmor Straps and our GeoLock Wall Anchor System. CarbonArmor consists of carbon fabric strips bonded to affected foundation walls, while the Wall Anchor System utilizes galvanized steel beams to brace the wall, preventing any further movement. Additionally, our team installed a new waterproofing system in the basement, which includes a vapor barrier, a new drainage system, and an upgraded sump pump. The WaterGuard Drains were placed around the perimeter below floor level to efficiently channel any leaking water into the new TripleSafe Sump Pump. The CleanSpace lining on the walls prevents water from seeping in and flooding the area, directing it instead into the new drainage system. This enhanced waterproofing system will provide further protection to the basement against water damage, ensuring the foundation remains stabilized and reinforced, thanks to the expertise of our Quality 1st team.

SmartJacks are steel support systems used to stabilize and level the girders and floor joists in a crawl space. This homeowner was experiencing sagging floors above their crawl space and so with the help of System Design Specialist, Kenny T and Foreman, Esau, Quality 1st  was able to install two SmartJacks to lift their floors back to their original position, providing them with a permanent solution. 

The basement walls of a building in a North Plainfield community were bowing and needed support. Our team was able to install our PowerBrace System to stabilize the walls and ensure that they would not continue to bow. In addition to stabilizing the walls, the PowerBrace System can also help the foundation shift back to its original position!
