What first appeared to be a minor crawl space issue soon became a growing concern for a homeowner in Allenhurst, NJ, as ongoing water intrusion led to visible moisture damage and mold growth. Understanding the potential risks to the home’s structure and indoor air quality, the homeowner contacted the experts at Quality 1st Basement Systems for a long-term solution. After completing a comprehensive inspection, our System Design Specialist, Mike, designed a customized waterproofing approach that included installing our patented Drainage Matting to effectively manage groundwater beneath the crawl space. To further protect and enhance the area, SilverGlo Insulation Panels and our CleanSpace Vapor Barrier System were installed to control moisture, improve energy efficiency, and create a cleaner, healthier crawl space environment.

Together, these systems successfully mitigated moisture concerns and provided the homeowner with lasting protection and peace of mind!

A homeowner in Ocean Grove, New Jersey was experiencing a musty smell in their unfinished basement.  Our foreman Jonathan Niera and his team  installed the CleanSpace Vapor Barrier System to prevent moisture and water seepage from passing through. Next, they installed the SaniDry Upright Dehumidifier. This dehumidifier will circulate air throughout the basement to make sure it is always dry.

A homeowner in Brooklyn, NY noticed their crawl space was damp and humid, so they contacted us for a solution.
