This homeowner in Brick, New Jersey was looking to seal their crawl space to prevent any future mold growth or humidity. A detailed inspection identified significant moisture intrusion from the ground as the root cause of the problem. When this customer reached out to us about their sagging floors we sent Senior Design Specialist, Ken Peare out to inspect the crawl space and provide a solution. When he noticed the crawl space beams were sagging, he recommended stabilizing them with our SmartJack Crawl Space Stabilizers. SmartJacks are attached to the sagging crawl space beams for supplemental support. These system will often lift the beams back towards their original position. 

The crawl space has the proper support and the homeowners no longer have the issue of sagging floors in the home!

This crawl space in Eatontown, NJ was experiencing  dampness which caused sagging floors due to high moisture.  It was poorly insulated and encapsulated, causing the wooden beams to weaken and cause the above floors to sag.
