A homeowner in Little Egg Harbor, New Jersey was experiencing musty smells and water seepage in their crawl space. This happens because of the soil around the home. Over time this soil settles and becomes saturated during heavy rainfall. This saturated soil creates hydrostatic pressure and pushes weight through the walls.
