Quality 1st Basements removed the trip hazard near the steps of the shallow end of pool by raising the sinking slab back to level. Our team drilled small, penny-size holes into the concrete slab and injected Polyurethane foam known as PolyLevel below. PolyLevel is a light weight foam that expands to lift the heavy slab. Once the slab is leveled, the foam hardens to stabilize the slab to prevent future movement.
This customer reached out to Quality 1st Basement Systems to raise the sinking concrete near the front door. Our crew came out and drilled small holes in the concrete slab. Using special equipment, we inject polyurethane foam known as PolyLevel, underneath. Now concrete settles because the soil is either too wet, too dry or poor compacted which makes it weak causing settlement. PolyLevel fills any voids between the soil and the slab by expanding and raising the concrete. Once its leveled, PolyLevel hardens to stabilize the slab.

Quality 1st Basement Systems was hired to repair this sinking concrete driveway in Manahawkin, NJ. The homeowners noticed their driveway was sinking in towards the center causing puddles of water to not properly drain after it rained. The joint seal was starting to wear away creating spaces for water to travel underneath the slabs, making it worse. We used the Polylevel Injection to lift and level the concrete slabs. We restored peace of mind to both homeowners when they saw they driveway no longer sloped to the center and now was completely leveled.
