This homeowner from Cresskill, NJ had dampness in their basement and had some surface mold on their insulation. They called Quality 1st Basements for a free estimate. One of our System Design Specialists recommended SilverGlo and StarPipe.
The insulation was removed from the crawl space and replaced with SilverGlo that helped insulate the crawl space so it was a stable temperature and wouldn't be damaged by moisture. StarPipe was installed around the perimeter of the crawl space to collect groundwater and direct it away from the foundation.
The homeowner now has peace of mind and can enjoy their newly renovated crawl space.

A homeowner in Tappan, NJ noticed their old sump pump was no longer operating properly, so they contacted Quality 1st Basement Systems to hear about options they had for a full replacement. For this size basement, we recommended our SuperSump Pump System which will effectively pump water away from the basement to help keep it dry. The Super Sump has a pump that sits inside the protective liner. The airtight lid prevents water from evaporating back into the basement air preventing musty smells and mold.
