Wow! Check out this quick job we completed in Marlboro, NJ to help this homeowner with their settling concrete. As a solution, we used PolyLevel to lift, level and stabilize the concrete patio area. PolyLevel is an environmentally foam that fills the voids between the slab and soil to permanently lift and level the concrete.

A property in Wickatunk, NJ had a sinking walkway. Quality 1st Basement Systems injected PolyLEVEL underneath the slab, lifting it up back into place. PolyLEVEL dries in just thirty minutes and is cheaper and cleaner than replacing the concrete.

Quality 1st Basement Systems raised this sinking concrete in Ocean county, NJ by injecting PolyLevel underneath the sinking slab. Sunken concrete can be a trip hazard and also lowers the value of the home. PolyLevel fills the void underneath the concrete and lifts it up into a level position.

This Barnegat homeowner had their slabs around the pool lifted with the PolyLevel System. The PolyLevel System is a lightweight foam that is injected under the slabs to bring them back to level. Tripping hazards are eliminated and all slabs are now level.

This homeowner now has a much safer walkway thanks to our PolyLevel Team!  PolyLevel Foreman, Richard injected the polyurethane form beneath the concrete slabs, filling the void underneath. When the void was filled the PolyLevel form begins to harden, expanding to lift the slab. Once the slabs were lifted, the gaps between each slab closed and were sealed with NexusPro Joint Sealant. The Joint Sealant is meant to keep the concrete from experiencing any future erosion that could cause them to settle again.
