Homeowners Lee and Debra P. in Newton, KS needed concrete repair. The concrete had settled in many different areas in the driveway and raised a lot of safety concerns. Looking to get rid of the safety concerns, they called Thrasher for some concrete driveway repair.

We sent System Design Specialist Josh Brown out to their home. He was able to see that the settlement that had occurred in the driveway was causing safety concerns, making it hard to utilize the driveway and hurting the appearance of the concrete. To start with the concrete repair, we first used PolyLevel to lift all of the areas where settlement occurred. Then we used NexusPro Joint Sealant to seal and protect all the joints and cracks.

Maurice knows the home he's living in is his forever home. That's why it's so important to him to maintain it. He started to get concerned when the door leading to the breezeway would not shut. So to get to the bottom of it, he called Thrasher. 

We sent Clint Gerber to inspect. Clint found that the concrete in their garage had settled in multiple areas. This is what was causing the door to not operate correctly and was creating tripping hazards. 

To resolve their problem, we utilized PolyLevel foam for lifting their concrete, and then we used NexusPro sealant to seal all cracks and joints.

The front steps of this home in Hillsboro, Kansas had become a dangerous trip hazard for elderly visitors and delivery workers due to sinking concrete slabs. Thrasher Foundation Repair was called in to lift and level the concrete back to normal, returning peace of mind and curb appeal to this happy homeowner.

We sent System Design Specialist AJ Lavoie out to the home to provide a free inspection and explain how our solution would solve this issue. We used PolyLevel Foam and Nexus Pro Joint Sealant to lift and level the concrete back to its original position and to seal future moisture out from being able to wash out the soil underneath the concrete.

Carrie S. hated that her driveway had created a nasty bump due to settling concrete. She had to drive her car each time over the bump and was looking for a driveway repair solution that didn’t require replacing the whole driveway or have mismatching pieces of concrete. We were able to stabilize the concrete by using PolyLevel and NexusPro to lift the concrete back up flush to the garage. Carrie was not only impressed with the work, but the crew that came out to her home was friendly, professional and completed the project on time!
