This homeowner reached out to us with a multitude of problems in his driveway. Plenty of cracks, some settlement, and a lot off discoloration. Luckily, we came prepared with solutions for each of these issues! The cracks were sealed with our durable and quality crack sealant, NexusPro! The sealant is flexible and weather resistant, so when rough storms and UV beat down on this driveway, it'll hold strong. The sunken portions were a result of voids formed under the slab by erosion, discovered by the design specialist we originally sent out. These voids were taken care of by our PolyLevel system, which involves filling in each gap with our expanding PolyFoam. This closes the voids and strengthens the surrounding soil. Lastly, for a clean look and layer of protection, our concrete crew used our DecoShield on the surface of the driveway. That checks everything off this homeowner's list of problems!

This was one of the more cracked driveways we had done work for, but with the power of our NexusPro and PolyFoam products, and of course our talented crew members, we were still able to make a difference! Seeing cracked concrete is never pleasant. This Byram, MS homeowner's walkway featured a large sunken spot that made for an uneven surface and potential hazards. Our team at Midsouth Crawlspace Solutions addressed this challenge with precision. By using our state-of-the-art NexusPro Joint Sealant, we effectively sealed problem cracks, ensuring long-lasting durability against the elements. To restore the walkway to its original position, we deployed the PolyLevel system, expertly lifting and stabilizing the concrete. Our innovative approach leaves a safe, durable surface in sunnier weather or positions. This concrete was inspected by our specialist Andrew, who then designed a plan for our foreman, Brian, to go out and put in place. The finished product turned out excellent due to everyone who worked together!
