A homeowner from Cumberland, WI reached out to DBS looking for help with their cracked concrete patio. One of our Design Specialists went to the home to run a free no-obligation estimate appointment. After a thorough inspection, our Design Specialist provided the homeowner with a free quote for our Concrete Repair Service. One of our crews successfully sealed the concrete to provide the homeowner with peace of mind.

This homeowner contacted DBS because they noticed that their driveway was sinking and causing cracks in the concrete. This problem was also causing water pooling that could lead to potential foundation issues in the future and they wanted that fixed. The homeowners expectations were to lift the driveway to garage level and ensure the water runoff was away from the house.

Upon arrival at the property, our foreman, Nate Mitsch, and his crew embarked on the project. The process encompassed a corner lift and the comprehensive leveling of the entire driveway using our PolyLevel® foam lift which helped redirect the water flow away from the house. Once the concrete was lifted, the crew filled in the cracks and sealed them off with our NexusPro™ crack repair and joint sealant. After the project was completed, the homeowners stated that the project met and exceeded the expectations set by them and they were happy with the outcome!

A DBS Foreman led the installation of this project with help from a crew. Together they injected PolyLevel® foam to fill voids underneath the concrete to lift and level the problem areas. After leveling the concrete, the crew sealed all of the joints and cracks with NexusPro® sealant.
