Overall the company product, services and employee interaction are good. My only recommendation would be when doing the presentation and providing the quote, the customer should be able to take it home, discuss it and make a decision within 24 hours to get the discounts. Requiring a decision on a $30,000 project before the salesman leave causes additional stress that truly is not needed when taking on projects such as this.

Very good and responsive.

Did not see the crew.

Seemed ok for the type of work they were doing.
