A homeowner in Chandler, MN, saw that their garage floor was beginning to slowly lower. Since they had an annual maintenance appointment coming up, the homeowner called our Appointment Center and scheduled their appointment for concrete repair. After setting the appointment, the homeowner awaited the arrival of one of our Service Technicians, Rasean. Once Rasean arrived at the home, he began his detailed analysis of the garage floor. Rasean determined the garage floor was settling, so he recommended lifting the affected concrete. Wanting to avoid total concrete replacement, the homeowner agreed. Rasean forwarded the plans to the office to be approved. Once approved, the office assigned them to our Foreman, Domanik, and his crew. Domanik and the crew traveled to the home to start production. First, the crew installed the PolyLevel underneath the garage floors. PolyLevel is a polyurethane foam injection solution that instantly raises sunken concrete. The crew lifted the entire garage floor. Once the garage floor was lifted, the crew cleaned up their materials and left the home. A farmer in Hadley, MN was experiencing sinking concrete in his hog barn. The farmer was worried about the gap growing but didn't want to pay to replace the concrete completely. Next, our crew applied our NexusPro over the crack, which is made to prevent water moisture from seeping underneath the concrete. It also gives the concrete a nice, clean finish.

Homeowners in Marshall, MN noticed the concrete in the corner near their front door was getting lower and lower over time. The concrete was sinking! It works to fill voids left by soil erosion and slowly lift slabs back into place. The homeowner liked the sound of Tony's plan and the work was scheduled for a few weeks later. 

On the day of the installation, our Foreman, Jordan, and his team were able to complete the lift with no issues. Now our customer can enjoy his freshly restored concrete!
