Patricia M. of Fargo, ND had a deteriorating foundation wall, causing her to worry about the structural build and stability of her home, and even living in her home. Our Foreman, Matt Zeller, and his crew began the installation by picking up all the rock and debris off the basement floor and hauling it to their truck. Next, our crew installed 58 feet of our ShotLock Wall Restoration System which is a fast alternative to demolishing and rebuilding a deteriorating foundation. It restores the safety and property value with minimal disturbance to the home and its surroundings and it is twice as strong as standard concrete. Joe and Janessa D. of Fargo, ND had bowing walls in their basement, making them worry about the structural build and stability of their house. They knew of our Design Specialist, Ian Schultz, so they talked to him about coming out to their home for a FREE estimate. Ian went to their house, carefully inspected their walls, and drew up the solution of our GeoLock Wall Anchor System. Joe and Janessa felt confident in the videos, pictures, and graphics of the product that Ian showed them, so they went ahead and signed Ian's contract and wrote out a deposit check.
Our Foreman, Corey Tollefson, and his production team started the installation by digging holes outside of the home beyond the foundation. Next, our team inserted a long, metal rod from the interior foundation to each hole outside of the home. At the end of each rod in the soil, our team installed an anchor plate, which provides the pressure against the inside of the foundation wall. Next, from the interior foundation, our team installed a GeoLock Wall Anchor to the end of each rod to stabilize the foundation wall and pull it back into its normal position. Over time, the homeowner can tighten the anchors to ensure that the system is working properly. To finish the installation, Corey and his crew backfilled each hole outside of the home, compacted the soil, and ensured the yard looked neat and cleaned up.
