Jerry from Onalaska, WI, started to notice that the concrete slabs that form the walkway to his door started to settle and became uneven. Jerry was concerned since this was creating a tripping hazard for him and his family and contacted American Waterworks to claim his FREE estimate, which entitled him to a free home inspection. Once the appointment was set our Design Specialist then attended to his property and began a thorough inspection. Once the inspection was completed, our Design Specialist suggested to Jerry to invest in our PolyLevel Solution along with our NexusPro Solution.  The PolyLevel is a polyurethane foam that is injected through the concrete into the voids that were left by soil erosion, which has the capability of expanding and hardening to better support the concrete slab. After this process is done NexusPro is then applied to the cracks and joints of the concrete protecting the PolyLevel that was injected into the slab. This solution is a silicone-based product that has a protectant against UV light and is able to expand and compress along with the concrete during harsh weather. Jerry agreed and proceeded to schedule a date of installation.

When the day arrived our Foreman and his Production team then began the process by strategically drilling several holes in the problem slabs. Then they proceeded to inject the PolyLevel Solution. Once the job was finished, and the cracks and joints were sealed with the NexusPro solution, Jerry was satisfied with the work done by the crew and relieved that his family would not be harmed by the potential trip hazards.

A customer from Onalaska, WI got in touch with us when he began to notice his front walkway was beginning to sink, creating a large gap between the ground and his door. He was afraid that if he left the issue unresolved, he would run the risk of experiencing a nasty trip due to the height difference. Our Foreman, Dylon, began the process by strategically drilling holes into the concrete slab. Next, he injected the PolyLevel into the hole. As the foam hardens, it expands, lifting the slab. Dylon closely monitored the process to ensure it returned to the correct place. Finally, he sealed the joints and holes of the project using our NexusPro, a silicone-based sealant for joints and cracks specially formulated to provide long-lasting flexibility and to stand up to harsh weather conditions. Once the job was complete, our customer was happy to know that his worries about tripping were in the past! 

Dan C. in Melrose, WI had a sunken concrete driveway and was tired of dealing with the trip hazard and the large bump every time he drove in and out of his garage.
