One of the first companies to grab their attention was us, American Waterworks, so the homeowner decided to sign up for their FREE estimate. Once the estimate was set, the homeowner prepared for the arrival of our Design Specialist, Kyle. A few days later, Kyle arrived at the home and began the detailed inspection of the exterior concrete. During the inspection, Kyle confirmed the sidewalk was lowering due to settlement. To prevent this issue from worsening, the homeowner recommended installing PolyLevel and NexusPro throughout the walkway. Knowing this was the best plan of action, the homeowner decided to go ahead with Kyle's recommendations. Next, the homeowner worked with Kyle to find the best installation date. When the installation date arrived, our Foreman, Sam, and his crew traveled to the home to begin the installation. First, Sam and his crew started by lifting the sidewalk with PolyLevel, a polyurthane foam injection solution. After the PolyLevel was fully installed, the crew shifted to filling the cracks and joints with NexusPro, a silicone-based solution. Sunken Porch Lifted with PolyLevel in West Salem, WI

A homeowner in West Salem, WI, noticed that his porch had begun sinking, causing the area to tilt and become uneven. Knowing the issue would only continue to worsen, the homeowner began looking into concrete lifting in the area and found us. After looking into our company, the services we offer, and our values, the homeowner contacted us to schedule her FREE estimate.

In less than a week, our Design Specialist, Ross J., arrived at the home to conduct a thorough inspection of the areas of concern, answer any questions, and provide the best solution for the homeowner. Ross explained to the homeowner that one of the most common causes of sinking concrete slabs is soil washout. When it rains or floods, water moves through the ground and washes away the supporting soils, keeping the slabs upright. To fix this issue, Ross recommended PolyLevel, our waterproof foam formula that expands beneath settled slabs, causing accurate lifting. Alongside PolyLevel, Ross also recommended NexusPro, our silicone-based sealant that provides durability and flexibility to seal the joints. The homeowner happily agreed to Ross's recommendations, and the installation date was scheduled.

In about a month, our Foreman, Jordan S., and his crew arrived at the home for the installation. The crew began installing PolyLevel by drilling small 3/8 inch holes into the concrete slabs. PolyLevel is then injected beneath the slab, filling in the voids in the soil and causing the slab to lift. Once lifted to the desired level, the crew seals the holes with cement. Lastly, they sealed the joints with NexusPro. After the crew was done with the installation, they cleaned up their equipment and left the home.
