A homeowner in Portland, ND, worried their front walkway was going to become a tripping hazard. Hoping to avoid concrete replacement, the homeowner began looking into concrete lifting and leveling experts. The homeowner did research into "concrete leveling near Portland, ND," and one of the first companies to grab their attention was us, American Waterworks. Impressed with our previous projects, the homeowner knew that we were the ideal company for their project. The homeowner decided to sign up for their FREE estimate. Once the estimate details were finalized, the homeowner prepared for the arrival of our Design Specialist, James. A few days later, James promptly arrived at the home and began the installation. While taking a closer look, James noted that several areas of the concrete were suffering from settlement. To prevent the settlement from continuing, James recommended lifting and leveling the walkway back to its original position. Knowing this was the best plan of action, the homeowner agreed and worked with James to find the best installation date. When the installation date arrived, our Foreman, Charlie, and his crew traveled to the home to begin the installation. Charlie and his crew began by inserting PolyLevel below the sinking slab. Once the PolyLevel was secured, the crew shifted to taking out the joints and replacing them with NexusPro, a silicone-based solution. After all the products were secured, the crew cleaned up their materials and left the home. The homeowner was grateful for the excellent work completed by the crew. American Waterworks is happy to provide its homeowners peace of mind, knowing their concrete is properly repaired.
A homeowner in Argusville, ND was unhappy with his driveway and wanted to make a change. The concrete slabs at the top of the driveway were sunken and created a small bump whenever he drove in and out of the garage. He decided to go online and find a solution for the problem before it got worse. With hopes of finding an affordable solution that would eliminate the bump, he found a variety of concrete repair companies in his service area. After looking thoroughly through many options, he decided to go with American Waterworks because of our positive customer reviews and FREE no-obligation estimates. We sent over Design Specialist Kole Lefebvre to the home where he carried out a detailed inspection of the area and prepared some recommendations for the concrete. Kole explained that he had seen similar driveway conditions from other customers and the best way to achieve a level and sealed driveway was with our PolyLevel solution and NexusPro joint sealant. The homeowner agreed to the plans and was relieved that something could be done to help the driveway. Foreman Charlie Coleman and his crew went to the site to carry out the installation of the two products and made sure the homeowner was satisfied with the final results before leaving.
