A homeowner in Cresco, IA, was unhappy with the condition of their driveway. Instead of letting the driveway worsen, the homeowner decided to take action. The homeowner wanted to avoid replacing the entire driveway, so they looked into repair options. After searching the Better Business Bureau, the homeowner was impressed with our A+ rating. The homeowner did further research into our company and saw that we offer FREE estimates. Since it was FREE, the homeowner decided to call our Appointment Center and sign up for their estimate. Once the estimate details were finalized, the homeowner awaited the arrival of Michel, one of our Design Specialists. Michel arrived at the home and began inspecting the status of the concrete. Michel discovered that the driveway was sinking due to soil settlement. To combat this issue, Michel recommended lifting and leveling the driveway. Since it avoids total replacement, the homeowner decided to follow along with Michel's plan. Our Foreman, Dylon, and his crew were assigned to complete the project. When they arrived, they began by inserting the PolyLevel underneath the driveway, sidewalk, and front patio. Once the PolyLevel was fully inserted, the crew shifted their focus to taking out old joints and replacing them with the NexusPro Joint Sealant. Once the new joints were put into place, the crew cleaned up their materials and left the home. The homeowner was grateful for the excellent job completed by the crew. American Waterworks is happy to help its homeowners accomplish their goals.
A homeowner in Cresco, IA, tripped in between their garage and home. Worried others could be injured, the homeowner knew they needed to fix the sinking issue. The homeowner knew one of our Design Specialists, Ryan, so they decided to sign up for their FREE estimate. Once the estimate was set, the homeowner prepared for Ryan's arrival. Ryan traveled to the home and began his detailed inspection of the cracked, sunken sidewalk. During his inspection, Ryan determined the sidewalk was sinking due to settlement and needed to be lifted back to its original state. Trusting Ryan's suggestions, the homeowner decided to go ahead with the project. Ryan sent the approved plans to our Logistics team to be approved, then to our Foreman, Troy. After Troy and his crew received the plans, they traveled to Cresco and began the lift. To lift the sidewalk, the crew used PolyLevel, our polyurethane foam injection solution. Once the sidewalk was lifted, the crew shifted their focus to replacing several joints and repairing cracks with our NexusPro Crack Repair, a silicone-based solution. After the cracks and joints were repaired, the crew cleaned up their material and left the home. The homeowner was shocked by the wonderful transformation completed by the crew. American Waterworks is glad to eliminate trip hazards around its customers' homes.
Dan B. of Wyoming, MN had a divet in his concrete that he wanted to have looked at and fixed, so he called American Waterworks to schedule a Free Estimate. Our Design Specialist, Reed Hudson, came out to inspect the concrete and came up with a solution. He proposed our PolyLevel and NexusPro to resolve the issue. After Dan got all of his questions answered, he went ahead with the project.
Our foreman, Trevor Ellingson, and his production crew started the installation by injecting PolyLevel underneath the crack of the concrete. PolyLevel is a type of foam that fills the concrete gaps and stabilizes the surface. It's a waterproof product that doesn't wash away, and after installation, you can walk, drive, bike, etc. on it within 15 minutes after injection. Next, they applied one layer of our NexusPro solution on the crack to seal it and complete the project. NexusPro provides long-term suppleness and prevents any additional cracking or spuming. Dan was glad he chose American Waterworks to improve and stabilize the surface of his concrete!

One of our homeowners in Hugo, MN, was due for their yearly inspection with us, American Waterworks. Knowing that the date was creeping up on them, the homeowner called our Appointment Center and set the date for their annual service. After their date was set, the homeowner prepared for the arrival of Edgar, one of our Service Technicians. Upon Edgar's arrival, he surveyed the work we completed and noticed it was all running smoothly. However, Edgar did take note that the homeowner's sidewalk was sinking and the joint by the garage required replacing. Edgar alerted the homeowners of the issues and recommended that they replace the joint and lift the sidewalk. Knowing we do excellent work, the homeowners agreed to Edgar's recommendations. After getting approval, Edgar directed the plans to the assigned crew, and production preparations began. Our Foreman, Troy, and his crew were assigned to tackle the task. As soon as they arrived, the crew focused on inserting the PolyLevel underneath the sinking sidewalk. The PolyLevel, a polyurethane foam injection solution, lifts settled and sinking concrete slabs. After the sidewalk was lifted and leveled, the crew removed the weakened joint. Once the old joint was removed, the crew replaced it with the NexusPro Joint Sealant, a silicone-based sealant. Following the NexusPro installation, the crew cleaned up their job site and left the home. The homeowner was pleased with the repairs completed by the crew.
