In a couple of days, one of our Design Specialists arrived at the home for the inspection. During the inspection, they measured how much the slabs had settled and determined the areas that needed lifting and leveling. After reporting their findings, they worked with the homeowner to create a custom solution to their driveway and walkway concerns. Our Design Specialist recommended using PolyLevel, our poly foam expanding solution installed beneath the slabs to effectively lift them, and NexusPro, our silicone-based sealant that is UV-resistant, meaning it would never crack, bubble, or dry out, to seal the cracks and joints. Ted A. of Minneapolis, MN had cracked and uneven concrete around his home and he wanted it repaired to fit his needs. He did some research and looked at our concrete repair projects. After seeing we give FREE Estimates, our Design Specialist, Ben Fort, went to his home to inspect the concrete and come up with a solution. Ted got all his questions answered, so he went ahead with the project. 

Our Foreman, Steven Kundert, injected 71 pounds of our PolyLevel underneath the concrete to raise and stabilize the surface. Our PolyLevel is a special kind of foam that cures quickly and prevents soil corrosion. Next, Steven applied 48 feet of our NexusPro, which is a sealant that gets applied over the cracks to provide flexibility, stand up to harsh weather, and prevent further cracking. Ted was thrilled with the work and can no longer see concrete cracks from across the street!

A customer from Minneapolis got in contact with us when he began to notice that his front steps were beginning to sink. He knew that if he left it alone, the issue would continue to worsen, creating a tripping hazard and becoming more costly to fix down the road. When he called in, he claimed his FREE estimate and our Design Specialist headed out to the property. Once there, he completed a thorough inspection into the issue and then made his recommendations as to how we could help. He recommended the use of our PolyLevel injected, followed by sealing the cracks and joints with our NexusPro solution. He explained that the PolyLevel is an expanding polyurethane foam that has a quick curing time and is much less invasive than alternative methods. Our PolyLevel production team, led by Dylon, began the process by strategically drilling holes into the problem slab. Next, they inserted the PolyLevel and closely monitored the lifting process to ensure the slab returned to its previous state. Once done, the customer was happy to know her tripping hazard had been eliminated!
