The concrete sidewalk in Ted and Laura's driveway needed to be lifted and leveled so our team installed PolyLevel. PolyLevel is a waterproof and long-lasting system designed to fix concrete slabs that have sunk. It uses a polyurethane foam that expands and has a high density in order to lift the concrete slabs back to their original level. The process is quite simple and is done by drilling small holes into the concrete and then inserting the foam into the holes.

Leonard and Theresa had a driveway that was splitting in to pieces due to cracks and the middle was separating due to one half sinking. To mend the cracks, we used NexusPro which is a silicone based filler. It won't crack or dry out and it cures in about an hour! To level the concrete slabs, we used PolyLevel which is a foam injected under the concrete. It is waterproof and stable so it won't be washed away or react with the soil beneath it. PolyLevel cures in about 15 minutes and can be load bearing once it is!

Jordan called Ayers because several of the concrete slabs making up his driveway had started to sink. He wanted to get the problem taken care of before winter came and it got worse. Our crew came out for an inspection and determined that Jordan would need PolyLevel and NexusPro to level his driveway properly. 

The PolyLevel system is used to repair sinking concrete by drilling minuscule holes into the slab and filling them with foam. The foam raises the slab and fortifies it to make it last even longer. NexusPro is a sealant that fills the cracks in the concrete. It is extremely withstanding to harsh weather so it will remain intact for years.

The Ayers team successfully repaired the cracked and uneven concrete sidewalk at a Church in Berrien Springs. They removed the damaged concrete sections, prepped the area, and poured new concrete, ensuring a smooth and safe surface for churchgoers. The fresh concrete was then leveled and finished to match the surrounding areas, providing a durable and aesthetically pleasing result.
