Garrett worried about his family’s safety in his basement due to the windows which don't open. He didn't want to worry about the unthinkable, so he called Ayers. A team of experts went to Garrett's house and suggested an egress window. Egress windows are designed with safety in mind, allowing for escape and providing ladder rungs for ease. Garrett knew this was a perfect solution to his potentially dangerous basement!

Carol began feeling very uneasy with the water intrusion through the walls in her basement. There was only so much a towel and bucket could do, so she called Ayers for a permanent waterproofing resolution. Our crew inspected the problem area and determined our WaterGuard system, paired with our TripleSafe sump pump system, will eliminate the leaks. With WaterGuard, this top-notch subfloor drainage system will collect water leaking through the walls. This solution is installed along the perimeter of the basement, ensuring Carol won't have to deal with pooling water. Concrete is poured over the drain to conceal it. Next, we added TripleSafe, a system consisting of three pumps that fit in one heavy-duty liner. Each pump can keep up with heavy volumes of water, and the last pump is even battery-operated for power failures. Carol is relieved with the high-performing, permanent solutions provided to her!
