Kathleen was frantically trying to find waterproofing solutions for her basement. Water was seeping through the walls down there. The fans were a temporary fix, so she called Ayers for a permanent one. One of our system design specialists inspected the area and determined our WaterGuard and TripleSafe sump pump systems would eradicate the leaks. First, WaterGuard is an interior drainage system that fits in the subfloor of the basement below the walls. The drain collects the water and directs it to the sump pump instead of pooling on the floor. We pour concrete over the drain to conceal it. TripleSafe is a three-pump system that fits in one durable liner and keeps the water out of the home. With these waterproofing systems in action, Kathleen is feeling protected and relieved!

Bridget was concerned about her basement wall that leaked water through small cracks. She determined Ayers had the proper waterproofing solutions, so she called us. Our system design specialists determined from an inspection that FlexiSpan would resolve this issue. First, the team sealed the minor slits with a flexible sealant. Then, they applied the FlexiSpan layer over the wall. We even add a subfloor dry well below to collect water if it permeates through the wall again. The WaterGuard System is a subfloor drain installed along the perimeter of the basement at the bottom of the walls. This product ensures the water leaking through the walls gets collected and directed to his sump pump. The drain is placed in a bed of drainage stone on top of the foundation's footing to prevent clogging. This drainage system is also concealed after installation by poured concrete. Todd's belongings are no longer getting soaked by these pesky water leaks!

Rob was looking to waterproof his basement as water was leaking down the foundation. Rob set up a home inspection with Ayers which determined that water was seeping through the foundation. WaterGuard is a French Drain System that sits above the home's footing and below the basement floor, leaving it out of the mud zone!
