We helped homeowners with this Bath, Maine basement that had already had one wall collapse, and another was bowing. We installed StableLock Wall to support the home and stop the bowing wall from shifting any further, as well as SmartJacks and a new supplemental beam to provide proper support to the home and floors above. StableLock Wall is our patented foundation repair solution for bowing and shifting walls. We pour a new concrete wall with specialized bracing next to the failing wall, so there is no excavation needed. This keeps StableLock a less costly and less disruptive solution to protect your foundation walls. SmartJacks are galvanized steel beams that are custom fit to support and even lift your floors above. The galvanized coating protects the beams from rusting, and each SmartJack can support over 60,000 lbs of weight. Moisture had caused the original beam to begin to rot, so our new supplement beam and SmartJacks will keep the home properly protected.

We provided a free estimate to homeowners in Augusta, Maine that lived in a house built in the 1850's and had noticed shifting foundation walls.
