We helped owners of this Portland, Maine basement with their failing foundation wall. The cinder block wall was shifting in quite a bit, causing concern for the structural integrity of the wall. We poured a new StableLock Wall in front of the failing wall to prevent any further shifting. StableLock Wall is our patented system that has specialized bracing to support the home properly. This solution does not require excavating the old wall, or lifting the home, so it is a less costly and disruptive way to keep the home protected.

Homeowners in Livermore, Maine had built an addition on their home, but over time the foundation wall connecting to the basement began bowing. The wall had horizontal cracking, indicating a serious structural concern. We installed SmartJacks with a new steel supplemental beam to give the home proper support. SmartJacks are custom fit steel posts that provide lift to level the floors above.
