We went out to this residence in Frenchburg, KY, in order to repair the outside concrete that had settled and cracked. For all the slabs that had sunken into the ground, we jacked them back up with our PolyLevel expansive foam. Once everything was leveled back out, we then sealed all the cracks and gaps in the concrete with our NexusPro sealant. We were able to restore the concrete and effectively increase its expected lifetime, saving the homeowners thousands in having it replaced.

This driveway in Paintsville, KY, had concrete slabs that had settled over time, creating bumps, uneven spots, and minor cracks throughout. Our crew repaired the issue by carefully injecting polyurethane foam beneath each slab, using precise amounts to lift them to the correct height. The foam expanded to fill voids and raise each section, restoring a smooth, level surface across the entire driveway. The result is an even, stable driveway that looks and functions like new. This basement in Tompkinsville, Kentucky had a block wall foundation that was leaking water. The homeowner had big plans to one day renovate this basement into a comfy living space. In order for this dream to come true for them, they were first going to have to waterproof it to make sure no water could come and ruin their finished touches. We installed a full interior perimeter waterproofing system that included vapor barriers around the walls, subfloor drains, a trench drain at the steps, a SuperSump sump pump, and a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier. With this system, the homeowners are free to do whatever they please with the basement to make it a comfortable living space. The CleanSpace vapor barrier on the walls can also have finished walls installed over them, ensuring everything stays dry.

This home's pretty side walk and drive way were becoming old and contained large gaps and cracks, something we aimed to fix. We were able to PolyLevel lift specific parts of the concrete to raise all the slabs to be on the same level. We then sealed the gaps with NexusPro sealant. These concrete slabs are repaired and protected now. 

This basement in Owenton, KY, was experiencing immense amount of water pressure outside the foundation. The horizontal crack along the wall in the before picture is right where the frost line is in the soil outside the basement. A wall may bow and crack horizontally near the frost line due to frost heave — a natural but damaging process that happens when moisture in the soil freezes and expands.  We relieved the pressure by first waterproofing with our subfloor drains and our sump pump. We then stabilized the walls by installing our steel PowerBrace I-beams. We also added a CleanSpace vapor barrier behind the beams to help drain wall leaks down into the subfloor system. The homeowner was happy to know that they no longer have to worry about their leaky bowing walls.
