This crawl space was having issues with moisture and mold growth. The owners were also upset at how much energy they were losing due to the unhealthy crawl space. We were able to help them by first removing the mold with anabec cleaner. We then were able to insulate the walls with our SilverGlo walls and some spray foam. We then put our CleanSpace encapsulation liner over the drainage matting onto the floor to adhere the crawlspace from ever receiving moisture again. The homeowner is now able to save money and stay away from pathogens with a clean crawlspace. 

The dirt floor in this crawl space in East Bernstadt, KY, was leaking lots of moisture. Through a process called the stack effect, where differences in air pressure cause air to move upwards throughout a home, musty smells were reaching the upper levels of the home. We installed our CleanSpace vapor barrier across the floor, removed all the musty fiberglass insulation, and installed SilverGlo insulation panels along the wall. Finally, we added our SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier to top the project off. The result of this repair was a couple of happy homeowners who can now look forward to breathing clean air.
