This homeowner was tired of having to walk around their house with a coat on during the winter. They also had a bit of a moisture problem in the basement from water leakage. Before waterproofing, this Harrodsburg, KY basement was plagued by persistent dampness and musty odors. After our intervention, the space is now dry, bright, and protected. We installed BrightWall® panels, which not only enhance the basement's appearance but also direct wall seepage into the drainage system, preventing moisture intrusion. The WaterGuard® subfloor drainage system was added to capture water seepage through walls and leaks along the wall/floor joint, ensuring efficient water management. To handle water removal, we implemented the TripleSafe™ Sump Pump System, featuring three pumps that provide continuous operation even during power outages, offering unparalleled protection against flooding.

A Monticello, Kentucky homeowner was interested in having the crawl space encapsulated, a new sump pump system, and a dehumidifier to be added to the crawl space area.  

One of the bigger projects in recent history, this home was due for a crawl space makeover. About 1,335 square feet of Clean Space was installed along the floors and walls to put it into perspective. On top of that, the home needed 4 rows of Smart Jacks to level and stabilize the saggy floor joists.  We also installed a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier, a SmartSump sump pump, drainage tile, supplemental beams, SilverGlo insulation, an UltraSump battery backup system, and joist assist brackets. All in all, this project will be paid for itself in terms of savings on costly repairs, energy savings, and healthy breathing air. The customer was very happy with the transformation.

This storm shelter was a 10 foot by 10 foot square, where you had to enter through a trap door. The problem the customer was experiencing with the storm shelter was it was growing mold, and it was at risk for flooding. We fixed these problems by installing WaterGuard drainage all under the perimeter of the interior of the shelter, connecting to a Super Sump sump pump, and CleanSpace matting all over the walls.
