• Before the Project:

• Solution & Installation:

  • Foreman Evert and his crew installed eight Push Piers to stabilize the stone retaining wall
  • The piers were advanced into deeper, more stable soils to provide long-term support and help prevent further movement
  • Two additional Push Piers were installed beneath the settling concrete steps to stabilize and lift the affected area
  • Sections of concrete were removed and replaced where needed to complete the installation and properly integrate the repair system

• After the Project:

  • Retaining wall is now permanently supported by a stable piering system
  • Exterior steps have been stabilized and restored to a safer condition
  • Underlying settlement issues have been addressed to help prevent future movement
  • Linda's property now benefits from improved stability, safety, and long-term structural support
