A homeowner in Greenfield, Indiana was concerned about a low spot in his floor where the floor boards were bouncy.  Our Certified Inspector Sam identified poor floor support from below in the basement and recommend having jacks installed.  Our Foreman Emilio installed SmartJacks and a steel supplemental beam to provide improved support to the floors above. 

A homeowner in Greenfield, Indiana noticed interior and exterior block foundation cracks that he was concerned would worsen over time.  Our Certified Inspector Eric informed the homeowner that we could permanently stabilize the foundation by installing Helical Piers.  Our Foreman Evert and his crew members Miguel, Edwin, and Ramon helped install a total of 5 Helical Piers.

A homeowner in Greenfield, Indiana noticed that the floors in his home were uneven in a few places.  Our Certified Inspector Cameron spoke to the homeowner about us provided support with steel beams and jacks to stabilize the foundation.  The homeowner also had issues with humidity and moisture in his crawl space and did not have a vapor barrier.  Our Foreman Joe and his crew members Erick and Melvin installed CleanSpace vapor barrier to prevent moisture from passing through the ground and SmartJacks to stabilize the floors above.  

A homeowner in Hope, Indiana was concerned about the floors being unlevel in her home.  Our Certified Inspector Eric provided a thorough inspection of the crawl space and found that the existing jacks supporting a wood beam had began to sink into the ground providing little support of the floor joist.  Eric recommended replacing the existing jacks with our SmartJack support beams with a steel supplemental beam to permanently stabilize the floors above. 

A homeowner in Pendleton, Indiana has a poured concrete retaining wall around an outside patio that was leaning from foundation settlement.  Our Foreman Emilio and his crew members Denis, Marcos, and Eliuc installed Geo-Lock earth anchors to provide permanent stabilization to the retaining wall.
