This Tower Grove, Missouri homeowner noticed in his basement that the floor above was sagging. In the before photo, this homeowner did everything possible to keep the main beam supported.
This resident received a free estimate, and our team used a post pier system to support the main beam fixing the sagging floors.
After the post pier system is installed concrete is poured to complete the job.
A homeowner in Collinsville, Illinois contacted us after noticing that their front porch had sunk. Their basement had previously been waterproofed by us. Push piers were installed next to the foundation to permanently stabilize it. The push piers are made from heavy-duty steel and are connected to the foundation with brackets.

This system works to stabilize the walls in the basement by custom fitting to the wall. They are tightened to the wall through anchors on the basement floor and floor joists.
