This Tower Grove, Missouri homeowner noticed in his basement that the floor above was sagging.  In the before photo, this homeowner did everything possible to keep the main beam supported.  

This resident received a free estimate, and our team used a post pier system to support the main beam fixing the sagging floors.

After the post pier system is installed concrete is poured to complete the job.

A homeowner in Collinsville, Illinois contacted us after noticing that their front porch had sunk. Their basement had previously been waterproofed by us. Push piers were installed next to the foundation to permanently stabilize it. The push piers are made from heavy-duty steel and are connected to the foundation with brackets.

The wall support was failing in this home's basement in New Athens, IL.  In order to strengthen the wall permanently, Woods Basement Systems decided to install the GeoLock Wall Anchor System.  This unique system provides wall support by anchoring plates in the soil outside of the home and connecting them to the wall.  This allows the failed wall to straighten over time.  The homeowners were happy with their improved walls and are able to enjoy basement for years to come!

Homeowners in Saint Louis, MO noticed that their home's foundation was settling and cracking on the exterior walls.  After consulting with Woods Basement Systems, it was concluded that they would need Push Piers installed to stop the downward settlement.  The finished photo shows the pier footing bracket installed to the foundations footing.  Not appearing here is the system that goes down into the earth that helps stabilize the home.  With the immediate stop of further downward settlement, the homeowners were happy to continue living in their improved home!

Homeowners in De Soto, MO had trouble with their stone wall failure.  In need of stabilization, Woods Basement Systems decided to install specialized steel I-Beams across the basement wall vertically.  This system works to stabilize the walls in the basement by custom fitting to the wall.  They are tightened to the wall through anchors on the basement floor and floor joists.  The homeowners were pleased to finally have a supported basement and home!
