An unsealed crawlspace in Maroa, Illinois, was causing cold and humid air to rise and permeate the upper levels of the home. To fix this issue Woods came and installed the CleanSpace Encapsulation System to clean things up. This durable material is laid over the ground, sealing it from the home above. The liner protects the crawlspace from insects, water, and rot. Thanks to this install the crawlspace will be clean and dry for many years to come.

Patricia G. of Kinmundy, Illinois had a large crack in her foundation wall that was letting in water, so she decided to call Woods Basement Systems fo help. Systems design specialist, Luke B. found a solution and recommended installing a TripleSafe sump pump, CleanSpace, and WaterGuard.

Foreman, Christopher B. installed the products. The TripleSafe sump pump uses a primary pump, a secondary pump, and a backup battery-powered pump, so your home is guaranteed to stay dry. CleanSpace is a vapor barrier that is attached to the foundation walls to collect water that seeps through. WaterGuard is located below the Cleanspace around the perimeter of the basement floor in order for it take the water that was collected and guide it to the sump pump.

Carey of Mt. Zion, Illinois had a moist, dirty crawl space that needed to be repair, so she called Woods Basement Systems for help. Systems design specialist, Gregory B. recommended installing a Twin Pack pump, a CleanSpace encapsulation system, and a Sanidry Sedona dehumidifier.

Foreman, James L. installed the products. The Twin Pack pump includes two stainless steel pumps that are placed at different levels to help protect against flooding and leaks. CleanSpace is a vapor barrier made of inorganic materials, so it does not support mold growth. It helps to seal off a crawl space form dirt, critters, and moisture. The Sanidry Sedona dehumidifier works to keeps your crawl space dry by keeping moisture out.

Lisa and Greg P. of Shelbyville, Illinois wanted to have their crawl space sealed. Recently, they had noticed a smell coming from the space, leading up into their home. It was also very damp and wet in the crawl space causing future problems for their home. After talking with a neighbor that had similar problems, they decided to call Woods Basement Systems. Woods came out to the home to seal the crawl space, getting rid of the smell and moisture in the space. They installed a UltraSump sump pump, a polyethene membrane with our CleanSpace liner on top to seal the space from the earth, as well as adding IceGuard outside of the home with an extended discharge line.
