Kirkwood, Missouri homeowner Tom had a porch that was settling quickly. This caused him worry about the other damage it was doing to his home. He gave Woods Basement Systems a call and System Design Specialist Luke K. developed the plan for him.
Foreman Mason and his crew injected PolyLevel under the porch. The PolyLevel is injected through holes smaller than a penny and will set in just a couple of hours. The light-weight, eco-friendly, wash-out free expanding foam is perfect for concrete lifting jobs.
In these pictures the lifting can be seen in the seam with the home.
Tom no longer worries about the damage to his home his porch is causing.
A sidewalk leaking up to a house in Saint Louis, MO was settling, causing it to sink into the ground and become uneven. To solve this issue, the PolyLevel System was installed. This will stabilize, lift, and level the concrete slabs with high-strength polyurethane foam. Pea-sized holes were drilled into the concrete and the foam was injected to fill the void underneath. This installation technique allows the foam to expand as it cures, precisely lifting the slab back up. This sidewalk will remain level and restore peace of mind for years to come!
