Homeowner Dianna S. in Arnold, MO noticed unleveled and cracked concrete in the driveway of her home. After realizing the unpleasant appearance and safety hazards that comes with uneven concrete, she gave Woods Basement Systems a call.
System design specialist, Jeremy R. did an inspection and created a design that would restore the driveway of the home. Foreman William T. did a PolyLEVEL installation that would guarantee leveled and safe concrete. The PolyLEVEL system requires lightweight equipment and less damage than other repair options. Instead of using a mixture of concrete and mud, high-density polymers are injected into small holes that are drilled in the concrete.
As the "after" picture shows, the PolyLEVEL system was the best solution to restore the driveway of the home.
Chris H was concerned about the uneven concrete in front of his home. So, he decided to call Woods Basement Systems. System Design Specialist David D was able to come up with a solution to the problem.
Foreman William T used PolyLevel to raise the sinking concrete. PolyLevel is injected into the concrete and will push it upward. The injection will leave behind a dime sized hole that will be filled in with concrete.
Adam G. of Arnold, Missouri had an unleveled front porch, so he decided to call Woods Basement Systems for help. Systems design specialist, Bill F. was able to find a solution and recommended installing Polylevel.
Foreman, Matthew R. installed the product. PolyLevel is made of a polyurethane formula, or foam-like substance, that expands and permanently lifts sinking concrete slabs. How it works, is first, small, dime-sized holes are drilled into the concrete and then the polymer is injected into the void. After than cement covers the holes and within 15 minutes of installation, the concrete can be used again.
Now Adam G. has a safe, usable front porch.
Over the years, this Arnold, Missouri driveway had become cracked and sunken in several places due to much of the underlying soil being washed away by rain. The driveway had become an eyesore, and the homeowner called Woods Basement Systems for help. In order to repair the concrete, PolyLevel, an expanding composite foam, was injected underneath the damaged slabs. Because PolyLevel is quick-drying, the driveway was ready to be driven on in just 30 minutes!
A concrete patio was sinking in Arnold, MO, and a large crack was forming across it. To solve this issue, the PolyLevel System was installed. This will stabilize, lift, and level the concrete slabs with high-strength polyurethane foam. Pea-sized holes were drilled into the concrete and the foam was injected to fill the void underneath. This installation technique allows the foam to expand as it cures, precisely lifting the slabs back up. This will improve the safety of their patio and restore peace of mind for years to come!
