John from Bloomsdale, Missouri wanted to waterproof his basement after neglecting the space for years. He noticed water damage had accumulated and that in order to keep the basement dry, John needed Woods Basement Systems' help!

John worked with system design specialist, Jeremy R., who designed a customized plan for John's basement needs. In this plan, Jeremy utilized a WaterGuard drainage system to collect and direct water leaks out of the home. 

Water was leaking into a basement in Sainte Genevieve, MO, causing issues. To solve this, the WaterGuard System was first installed. These drainage pipes intercept water at the perimeter of the basement and drain it toward the sump pump system. This system has a design that will drain any wall seepage without allowing dirt and debris from the floor to enter and clog the pipes. Next, the TripleSafe Sump Pump System was installed. This system assures protection from common problems with an ordinary pump. The TripleSafe can handle a heavy flow of water, thanks to a secondary pump included inside that will help eliminate the water if the first pump is unable to keep up with the amount of water that is entering it. It also features a removable airtight lid which reduces noise, prevents objects from falling in, and keeps moisture, insects, and odor from coming out of the sump. Thanks to these systems, this basement will remain dry and clean for years to come!

A crawlspace in Sainte Genevieve, MO, was humid and needed to be addressed. The homeowner decided to give Woods a call. To solve this issue, CleanSpace™ was used. This durable liner will keep the humidity, as well as other outside elements, out of the crawlspace. It also helps to make the crawlspace look nicer.
