A homeowner in Godfrey, IL noticed water leaking into their basement through the walls. They reached out to Woods, and we had a solution. Our WaterGuard™ System goes along the interior perimeter and collects water seepage from the walls. It then directs the water to the nearby sump pump. Unlike other waterproofing systems, the pipes are laid above the footing to prevent the soil from clogging. Next, the team installs our TripleSafe™ Sump Pump that removes the water for good. With multiple pumps, the water stands no chance. Once installed, the homeowner can expect a dry future! 

Water and finished basements do not mix. Carolyn R. of Dupo, IL unfortunately found this out the hard way when water got into her basement during a heavy downpour. It soaked her carpet, leaving a mess that took hours to clean up and no amount of fans could dry out. She never wanted to deal with this problem again so she called Woods Basement Systems. Woods recommended installing a waterproofing system.

As part of the waterproofing system, Woods installed WaterGuard. WaterGuard is a drainage system that is installed on the perimeter of the basement, underneath the concrete floors of the basement which means floors can be finished over the system. It is situated on top of the footing of the basement so it's out of the way of mud that might clog it while it collects water from the foundation walls and wall joints and carries it away to the sump pump for removal.

A door to a crawlspace in Dupo, IL was failing, as it was rotting and letting outside air into the crawlspace. To solve these issues, the EverLast Crawlspace Door was installed. This will seal off outside air, so it doesn't enter the crawlspace. Foreman, Donald A. installed the products. The Twin Pack sump pump includes two stainless steel pumps that work to protect your home from leaks and floods. WaterGuard is installed around the perimeter of the basement floor and it collects water that seeps through basement walls. it then takes that collected water  and guides it to the sum ppum pto be removed from the home.
