The floor joists of the crawl space had rotted out, and were compromising the structural integrity of the home. This raised high concerns for the homeowner, so they gave us a call and we knew that this was a customer that we needed to help. Titus and his crew entered the crawl space and replaced the floor joists in the home, and added SmartJacks. The SmartJacks are steel beams that are placed and they help to stabilize and level out the home.
