This customer's sloping floor was permanently stabilized and raised by installing SmartJack Support Posts in their crawl space. As a result, the customer is now able to enjoy a safe, level living space.

Austin Smith, one of our System Design Specialists, went to this home in Atlanta, Georgia to do a free inspection. In their basement, Austin found that one of there foundation walls had a significant crack in it. Weak foundation walls impact a homes stability so it is important to get them fixed as soon as possible to prevent further issues.

In order to resolve this issue, Isaiah and his crew used the CarbonArmor Wall Reinforcing System. With this system, carbon fiber fabric straps are bonded to the wall with high strength epoxy resin. Because they can be installed without exterior excavation, they can be finished quickly and don't impact the potential to fully finish the basement walls in the future. 

As a result of foundation settlement, cracks appeared on the exterior and interior as well as uneven floors. We installed foundation piers as a permanent solution to the problem.

Water damage in the crawl space led to wood rot and the floor above to sag. With our SmartJack Support Post System, we were able to permanently resolve the problem.
