Before & After Photos

In Hoschton, Georgia, a homeowner faced the issues of a moist, mold-infested crawl space with sagging floors. As depicted in the before photo, excess moisture had led to mold growth and compromised the structural integrity of the home. We took action with a combination of our CleanSpace Encapsulation System, SmartJack floor support, and SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier. In the after photo, you can see the transformation: a secured, dry, and stable crawl space, demonstrating our effective solutions for improving indoor environments and restoring the home’s foundation integrity.

SmartSump Pump System & UltraSump Battery Backup is specifically designed for crawl spaces to help reduce moisture, remove water and prevent flooding.

A drafty and cool crawl space caused cold floors in this homeowner's kitchen and den. Our solution was to install SilverGlo crawl space wall insulation as well as CleanSpace vapor barrier throughout.

In this crawl space, our team installed the CleanSpace Vapor Barrier System to block moisture from passing through the walls and floor. This ensures that the crawl space remains clean, dry, and safe.

Facing significant moisture issues in an unsealed crawl space, a Flovilla homeowner reached out to us for a lasting solution. To resolve this, we installed the CleanSpace® encapsulation system, offering superior moisture barriers and antimicrobial protection. Along with the SaniDry™ Sedona dehumidifier, we effectively stabilized indoor humidity, preventing mold and musty odors as depicted in the after photo. Additionally, we sealed all the vents and replaced the wood panel covering with an EverLast Door to create an airtight seal. This project highlights our expertise in crawl space repairs, significantly enhancing home resilience.
