The SaniDry Sedona was installed to eliminate moisture from the air, keep humidity levels low, and remove musty odors in this customer's crawl space. 

The damp and dirty crawl space was transformed into a bright, clean, and dry space using CleanSpace Crawl Space Encapsulation System. 

In order to prevent outside moisture from entering the crawl space, the crew installed a vapor barrier, an interior drainage system, a sump pump, and a crawl space dehumidifier. Using a support jack system, the crawl space was stabilized. 

Our customer in Athens, GA who had a sagging floors throughout their home, soft spots in the floors, and sheet rock cracks in their walls. All classic signs of an unstable crawl space. They called Atlanta Basement Systems and we visited the home and check it out. Upon inspection we noticed there were issues with the floor joists, causing the sagging symptoms the customer noticed upstairs. Using our patented SmartJack® Crawl Space Stabilizer, our Foreman Aaron and crew were able to lift and stabilize the crawl space, addressing and resolving all the concerns with their crawl space. Now the homeowner can live in their home with solid floors and home on stable ground. 

In Carnesville, Georgia, the homeowner faced significant issues with mold due to an unsealed, moist crawl space, noticeable in the before photo. To address this, Atlanta Basement Systems implemented the CleanSpace encapsulation system and installed a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier. The transformation, evident in the after photo, includes a clean, dry crawl space, effectively protecting the home from further moisture and mold damage.
